About Drone Laws and Regulations
World, European, and regional markets are not yet profiled, so drone laws and regulations for civil drone flights are incomplete.
Drone laws and regulations are still under development. Some regions have adopted them, while others have merely drafted a manual about the conditions for carrying out drone flight operations.
Flying permits for civil drones are issued by the Directorate of Civil Aviation, at the Ministry of Aviation.
Chicago Drone Convention
DronSolution has prepared a hierarhical review of the drone laws and regulations of the Civil Aviation Legislation, with attachments of Bosnian laws and by-laws, which directly or indirectly relate to civil drones.
Of course, there is also the Chicago Drone Convention, where the drone revolution has started.
